Hello everyone! It’s been a little while since we shared an update about what life has been like at the sharp end of the travel industry these past few months. One thing that’s certain, is that being a small independent business has definitely worked in our favour, along with the heart-warming support from each and every one of you.
During these past seven months, Thames Travel has continued to work around the clock moving clients’ holidays, arranging refunds, offering reassurance and booking a small number of new holidays over the summer period. What a tough time it has been. But here we are, standing stong and making plans for the future. We’ve survived so far thanks to you – our clients – who have postponed travel plans until 2021 and have continued to support us, so thank you, truly.
Moving forward, we are determined to keep positive and continue to navigate our way through the storm. When we’ve spoken to you over the phone or by email, we know that you’re eager to travel again – once it is safe and sensible to do so. With Covid-19 still very much present and information changing regularly, do contact us as we have all the latest info to share with you.
